Hi, I'm Adebisi! Currently, I'm a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. In May 2020, I graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. My concentrations within computer science were human computer interaction and artificial intelligence, with a keen emphasis on user-centered design and machine learning. Throughout my college experience, I was a member of the HackGT Marketing team and involved with my sorority, Alpha Xi Delta. I also had the opportunity to study abroad in Madrid, Spain and travel to 14 countries during my time there! On my website, you will find my work experience, favorite projects, and skillsets. Technical Program Manager

Mar 2021 - Present

Microsoft

  • Manage customer feedback triage process for 17 engineering teams, maintaining monthly triage percentage of 98% feedback triaged
  • Design Power BI dashboard with custom Kusto queries to detect feedback spikes, leading to resolution of 26 issues within 60 days
  • Coordinate feedback loop between external and internal stakeholders for OS bugs and fixes to improve overall Windows experience
  • Lead project to establish unified feedback collection process for LLM plugins, collaborating closely with data scientists, product managers and software engineers
  • Write 46 auto-triage rules in C# and Python to auto-triage 40% of feedback and improve triaging efficiency for engineers
